PoliticsIf the leader of your country got drunk, would you care?Depends what they did while drunkk Yes. Of you are the irresponsible enough to act drunkly while protecting 310 million people (in my case), then I don`t want you leading my country! Yes. They have a big responsibility running a country and can`t afford to make stupid decisions that they might regret in the future. Yes, if the leader of my country, especially one with as much power and prestige as the modern US President, I would be outraged. The Presidency is an office that demands respect. Yes that`s irrisponsible. Maybe if he did something bad while drunk If your leading a country, you need to always have your mind in the right place. People`s lives would be a stake. In his own privacy, I would not care so much, but if he/she was out with Paris Hilton acting a fool in night clubs, then yes. Well, if something ba happend while bieng drunk, YES ! But if nothing happend then no why shouldn`t they be aloud to get drunk ! Once or twice in the appropriate times, no, not really. My grandma has one glass of Baileys a year and she`s always so cute when a lil` tipsy. However, frequent boozing shouldn`t be a habit for anyone, especially the president of the country. I`d rather they`d not be nursing killer hangovers during important meetings, or falling down drunk during a national crisis. Login to post a comment |
