No. I like to think I`m intelligent. I`m far from being a genious though.

To be a genius, you must be responsible for a major breakthrough that change humanity. I`m not.

No genius material here. But I would definetly say that I have above average intelligence

MENSA defines basal level genius as having an IQ of 130, so given my score, I can only answer yes. The trouble with IQ as a measurement of intellect, however, is that the tests merely show the ability of a person to recall previously learned information; those with greater memory recall are "deemed" more intelligent, but this might not actually be the case. I`ve met many people over the years who can recite facts and figures effortlessly, but their information bases are filled with nonsense and esoterica which really has nothing to do with anything of real value, so while they fit a certain definition of "intelligence" they`re really not so smart in real-world terms. Take a look at politicians! They know a great deal of information, and recite it masterfully, but howuch benefit have we seen in the last hundred years of their collective efforts? Not much of benefit in the real world!
